The company has good benefits, good learning exercises, and excellent doctors to work along side with.
Cons
The company doesn’t always take lower ranking positions opinions into consideration. The pay is not as great as it should be for the amount of work that we provide.

The wonderful doctors that are working side by side with you. The hours your work. If you need benefits, they are decent. Vacation time is fairly generous.
Cons
Management Management Management. HR and upper level management continues to put inept candidates in place to run practices, which is leading to huge employee turnover. Upper level management is so out of touch not seeing or question the employee attrition rate. Mid level management is assisting in elevating and onboarding personal friends and cronies to their positions in which they have no experience for. AVP is not paying their bills on time, resulting in delayed orders for patients. Phone systems that do not work properly to the point of employees getting berated by patients because they were unable to contact office. It is an ongoing storm of unprofessional nonsense.
