I have worked there for 31 years never had to worry about being laid off. Because the company is always busy. They give out raises more than a lot of other businesses.The guys in charge of Murry utah are very great people to work with.

Cons

The only con I could give is they quit giving christmas bonuses right after they merged with the previous company I was working for ACH foam The other con is the insurance benefits don't cover any of my wife's pre existing conditions so every time she goes to the dr i have a big bill to pay
