Pros

They are very few of them but there are some great managers and co workers.

Cons

Keeps bringing on high paid VPs but nobody brings in the work to sustain general staff. Very little training provided. No sharing of work. They’d rather put you down than support your successes. Top heavy company.

Pros

I absolutely love my coworkers, everyone collaborates really well, and you can genuinely tell people want to make a difference. I get to work on meaningful projects that I truly enjoy and I have direct access to my manager, who is very responsive and provides the guidance I need. That level of trust and communication has made a big difference in my experience here. Overall, I feel supported, valued and optimistic about where the company is headed.

Cons

Atlas has been through a lot of change over the years, and while the direction feels positive, some processes and approvals can take longer than they probably should, but I see it as a work in progress.

* Teamwork & Collaboration - strong relationships, support and collegial culture committed to doing quality work. * Strong safety culture embedded throughout all aspects and levels in the company. * Engaged senior leadership team - making strides to integrate the company into One Atlas, transparent in communications and increased visibility, and promotes feedback. Benefits - making noticeable efforts to enhance benefits that are family-focused.

Cons

There has been a lot of organizational change in the past few years, but the company has made it over the hump and Atlas gets better every day - hard (and smart) working, loyal, and technically capable people put in the effort to make Atlas a great company.
