Force employees to tolerate immoral activities. Safety policy is just lip service. Huge hypocrisy in company rules. Low pay. Corporate through local office management are lazy. Expect technicians to be dishonest and falsify reports. Employee benefits are substandard. Technicians are expected to perform with subpar equipment. They don't supply all PPE needed for the job. They don't care about employees at all. You're just a number.

Around a year ago, I faced my greatest fears. I lost my job, due to an antisemitic and disability-charged complaint. I was at an all-time low, and to make things worse, I was put on mental health leave, and immediately fired upon returning. Prior to being fired, I was required to complete tasks without pay and show up for a week to do nothing and not receive compensation. The whole event triggered a post-traumatic stress disorder episode. Since then, I have gone through a period of personal growth. During this time, I was diagnosed with PTSD, and all my psychiatric medications were changed. From this experience, I realized I am no longer able to hide my disabilities from the world. I have ADHD, PTSD, and childhood developmental issues. I am now living in a world where I am properly treating my childhood traumas, instead of ignoring my past. I am done being told how I need to change myself instead of being valued for my talents.
