I came back to Atlas after leaving for 4 years and consulting elsewhere

Pros

great projects, supportive office and staff. full range of Atlas' many skills are available at your fingertips. Good benefits. new ideas and new markets encouraged and appreciated. Company is pretty up front on the company's financial and operation status, wins and losses during quarterly Town Hall meetings with division heads present and accountable. Ask me anything sessions with no wrong questions. Family and mental health issues are taken seriously and taking care of either is encouraged. Office overlaps if one is too busy or slow and everyone keeps busy and company and employees win.

Cons

The cons are not any you would not find at any other job after several years. Everyone has ideas of how to make your company more efficient, profitable and accountable, the difference is, Atlas listens and encourages this, at least in my experience.

In a death spiral

Pros

Work from home, limited oversight, like the work I do

Cons

Atlas hasn't paid our vendors on time since at least 2022, and its only making our jobs harder. They are laying off knowledgeable senior staff every quarter and just expecting the remaining staff to deal with the fallout (which has included losing clients and local staff, but corporate does not care). We get paid way lower than average, and corporate just spews "family" and "people first" while trimming excess dollar, because they have no money.
