Good people in Engineering and remote work

Cons

Pathetic and clueless management. 80% projects are scrapped after couple of months. Frequent manager and team changes. Values are now just for the sake of it. Keep your head down and do what i say is the new cultural motto.

I've never heard of a company taking good care of employees as Atlassian Great compensation Everyone sticks with the company values in every decision made (even on a day to day basis)

Cons

Things are not very fast-paced, this may not be liked by people who've worked at start-ups where everything has to be changing/moving super fast
