Pros

- Competitive salary - Pretty good work life balance - Good growth - Timeoffs are really good. Even parental leave is 5 months. I have never seen any company in india giving 5 months off to a father - Very open culture, I have literally seen people bashing the directors and other senior management if they think something is not done right - Atlassians really live by the values they have defined

Work/learning can be low at times.
