Some of the staff, probably the majority of UK techies, are great. I've enjoyed working with them but the off shore teams vary from pretty good to absolutely useless. Reasonably flexible about working from home in majority of cases Reasonable benefits package including prosper (Top cash Back like Scheme) on top of the fairly average salary (unless you join the graduate scheme where it seems they pay a pittance and keep it that way)

Cons

Senior management just don't listen to senior technical staff and then seem surprised when it goes wrong Appraisal system in the UK is a complete joke, actually feels like its been designed to trip employees up so they can blame the lack of pay rises in the poor appraisal rating
