Huge infrastructures to administer. Latest technologies are available. Organizes academies for beginners that want a job in IT. Possibility to attend many trainings and get certified.

Cons

Cost reduction is the word of these days. Lack of vision, chaotic processes. Can't hold on to experienced employees, and their bussiness strategy is based on the good relationships between colleagues.
