Pros

Good company to work for. Its a good place to start if you just got out of nursing school. This is a stepping stone position.

Cons

No one last at that company, especially the nurses. The pay is crap for all the stress you endure on a daily basis. You don't get to use any of your nursing skills, your basically a receptionist.

There seems to be constant turnover, so I suppose if you're looking for a job, there's probably one open now or to be open soon

Cons

What is going on with this company? They are constantly replacing managers, as well as everyone at every other level. The same management positions come up in our market, Northern California, every couple of months.

the residents where nice other then that..

Cons

supervisors do not know what they are doing. no one is on the same page. some residents should not be there. stressful because of how its managed. among other things.do not expect to move up
