Pros

Very professional organization with great vision and planning. The organization has thrived during some very difficult economic times and continues to grow.

Cons

Tough industry. Can consume your life. The expectations can seem unreasonable at times, but I appreciate the support in trying to achieve the high standards they promote.

Pros

Great benefits package, with new programs all the time. Atmosphere, sense of family. Job security - there will always be seniors. Free meals.

Cons

Money is tight, especially this year, with small or non-existent increases, and no automatic rate bonuses as in the past. Unisex logo shirts. Customers die.
