The residents in general are very friendly. There is a wide assortment of different activities. The food on occasion is good.

Cons

The management at Steger Residence in my opinion is complete garbage. The policy is no smoking in the building when most of the floors have a very heavy scent since the other employees that live there are smokers themselves. Very unprofessional, in this type of profession you need to have a lot of patience which the staff show none of.

Enjoyable and insightful environment. Maintained good working/friendly relationship with manager, staff and clients. I liked mingling with seniors, taking pride when they'd smile or be more cheerful after our conversations.

Cons

None. I really enjoyed working here. They treat you well, good working environment, social interactions with clients. Good place to work.
