Pros

I love working with the resident, Free lunch and some of my co-worker are wonderful.

Cons

If you have a problem with someone harassing you, going to management don`t help. Then having to do the lazy evil ladies work because the hang with the boss and she isn`t gonna make them do they job, They must have some good secrects with her.

Pros

Great benefits and training opportunities. The residents are the best and the company seems to have their care as their focus at the local level.

Cons

Lots of turnover in regional management, makes it hard to know what is expected or whose direction to follow. The right hand doesn't always know what the left hand is doing. The company has the bottom line as its primary focus. The residents pay a lot to support the sales meetings, the regional and divisional managers, the VP of this that or the other, the corporate HQ, etc.

Pros

I was afraid to take the position because of negative glassdoor reviews but I've found the Atria corp office to be a collaborative environment that also allows for you to work on your own and be a leader. The workload is heavy but not unmanageable, so you don't have a chance to get bored and days go by fast.

Cons

Paid Time Off is low because it's combined with sick time. So it seems as if there is a "no sick" policy in the corporate office. So I find more people coming in a little under the weather. The entrance exam in the interview process is off-putting and hard but at least you know you are working with competent co-workers.
