Business Outlook
Pros
Working with seniors and getting to know them and their families is the most rewarding. The pay is decent but they are tight with overtime therefore sacrificing service.
Cons
Lack of communication between departments. Lack of respect from senior management. Very little presence by them. A lot of times property ran with out any management present, since they all would leave early or "work from home". A lot of cliques and management behind close doors most of the times. Horrible team leadership.
