      Pros

      Work life balance- Flextime Good environment People are nice and everyone gets along Not very stressful PTO is fare Not too demanding-workload is good, room to take on more challenges

      Cons

      Pay is on the low side Because of the pay, talent can be limited Not a lot of drive to improve or change Not too demanding-can become complacent Hard to find an incentive to go above and beyond

      Pros

      Great experience at a level 1 trauma center! Most managers are flexible and like to work with the staff they have, meaning not punitive and allow for a good work life balance. There are lots of positions to move into and ways to advance on the clinical ladder.

      Cons

      Although there seems to be job openings all the time, it's sometimes hard to transfer even when your "in the system" already. I think HR takes the screening process to the extreme, and don't take into account that you have to start somewhere. Also because CMC is apart of the big CHS system, monetary compensation is lacking because they take over all the competition
