Pros

You can transfer to another position within the system and bonus once a year.

Cons

A lot of changes and the pay system is not much. You can move up in the department but the pay stay the same (lateral pay).

Pros

Pay. Incentive scale for physicians is quite good comparatively.

Cons

- Change over from EMRs has been messy and less than graceful. Has been causing all sorts of issues with communication and timely treatments for patients. - Ineffective upper level management effectively "gaslighting" employees rather than fixing the problem. - Continued expansion of the healthcare system when so many places are short staffed and overwhelmed. - Career movement effectively stifled if you're not one of the "chosen ones."
