Pros

I’m really proud to work at Gibbs and I have loved being part of a company that has grown so rapidly and has a clear vision for the future. I have worked at Gibbs for over 4 years and fully appreciate all of the opportunities the company has given me. I don’t think I know another company where the CEO has an open door policy and time for each and every member of their team. In and out of working hours!

Cons

Weigh gain from all of our fantastic team meals and international lunches.
