Pros

The work I do is so enjoyable. I feel very valued and my manager is very proactive and supportive in my professional development. The company is run very well and the family feel throughout the whole business is very unique and rare. It is a brilliant company to work for. They genuinely care about all of their employees, consultants and making a difference. The lengths they have gone to to set up CSR partners and to give back to charity is so inspiring and I feel honoured to be part of such an amazing team.

Cons

I can honestly say there are none from me.

Pros

- Applicant Centric Staffing Model (vs just volume and metrics) - Employees have some say in how the business is run - Energetic, hard working people

Cons

- Long hours - Commission Plan could be more competitive - Fairly tough to move up in the organization, but that is typical of companies this size in this industry.
