Was there for 1 yr, it is very hierarchical & super competitive, the recruiters only care about placements & monthly quotas. Interviewing Candidates is a Plus

Cons

Be Prepared to be Stressed Be Prepared for long hours You work hard for some to slim results & the compensation package is tiered. First 6 mos spent working on finding accounts

Regular snack orders, cool company in larger offices (NY and NJ). NY-based culture club leads some cool initiatives. They like to promote from within.

Cons

base pay is not competitive, commission structure not competitive, new Boston leadership is inconsistent at best but more often than not a perpetrator of a toxic culture. Ask about the turnover so far this year before considering as an employer.

If you are a hard worker who has both sales and recruitment skills this is the place for you. Not for the faint-hearted. The Boston Manager provides you with so many opportunities for self development and growth but this must be met with respect, a collaborative attitude, and dedication from your end. Come in everyday with a positive attitude, ready to give 110% and you will thrive here (and so will your bank account).

Cons

This isn’t a con, but if you’re looking for an easy paycheck this is NOT the job for you. If you’re a quick-learning, competitive, relentless, resilient, team player this IS the job for you.
