Pros

- Flexible hours - Depending on your team, decent management - Nice office

Cons

- If you are not in the "in crowd" then you are not set up for success - They don't reward good behavior, but rather who cries the loudest - Transparency seems to be something they WANT to have, however, they are not in the slightest. - Managers of managers are friends, not managers. - They refuse to follow the rules they have in place, but expect for you to.

Pros

Very nice people to work with, great culture , overall great environment.

Cons

Lots of turnover , inexperienced Young managers, and extreme favoritism. And I happen to agree with a previous comment made here, you have to look a certain way to be hired here .
