The most dysfunctional management team you will ever see

you could literally do about 20 hours work a week and they wouldnt notice

Cons

The most useless, hot headed CEO I have ever seen. He would derail projects with ideas that came to him in a dream causing hugely inflated costs and failed projects. The VP and Director level managers were terrible. They micro-managed every single project to the point of going bankrupt. How they lasted through multiple rounds of redundancies I will never know. Was just a big boys club full of men who refused to take ownership for their own mistakes. The best thing that could have happened to Attabotics is that it failed, that way they cant disappoint any more customers. Which is what happened

Interesting product/technology when given time to make it work Decent benefits Lot of good people at the bottom Individual working environment work/life balance can be good depending on your team/manager

Absolutely incompetent middle/upper management Ego driven CEO fires anybody who disagrees with him while spouting "best idea wins" and "always speak up", constantly driving good people out of the company and making completely unjustified decisions CEO packs middle/upper management with other useless idiot yesmen who shoot down anything that might move the business forward because it would ruffle the CEO's feathers No communication, transparency, vision, direction, on anything across the company Lots of empty promises of advancement and development that never transpire into anything Culture is very blame heavy, toxic, especially after the mass exodus this year Low pay No room for development or advancement as the only way to survive is stay out of the CEO's way while trying to make sure he doesn't burn the place down
