This is an amazing company with truly differentiated technology. The company has navigated from startup to scaleup, while managing thought a global pandemic. There is strong leadership and room to advance a career IF you want to create it. Compensation is becoming more competitive. Leadership will listen if you care enough to discuss any issues or problems. Act like an adult and you will be treated like one.

Cons

Everyone needs to contribute at a high level. If you want to coast find a job at a +30yr old company and never create anything new of value. This takes work and thats a hard pill to swallow for people who want to be perceived as "in the startup scene" in the city.
