Compensation is a joke. Dishonest and unprofessional management team. The CEO has gone back on his word time and time again. He'll promise you the world, but there's no follow through. Technical decisions are handed down from management without engineering team's inputs. Some tech is excluded simply because the CEO doesn't like it.
