- Working remotely - Great coworkers at same level

Cons

- Upper management creates budgets that are impossible to meet and gets annoyed when expectations aren't met - Had no idea of programs offered through Atwell until AFTER I worked there. Was not informed by management

The West Division is one of our strongest and most reliable divisions from a company standpoint, but I am sure there are things we can work on and we will look into these matters to try to address them for future employees. We encourage employees to be involved at all levels and most importantly to feel comfortable saying something if they aren't happy. I know the Western Division is in need of more staff and we are addressing that swiftly. Thanks for leaving a review.

The employee lounge is pretty cool.

Cons

The Southfield office is the most toxic environment. People talk about each other. I've even been in the lounge and have caught leaders talking to admins about other people in the office. I have also not received a raise in over a year. There is no bonus incentive or any type of incentive for that matter if you're performing well. It's unfortunate because the company itself is doing great things.

I am sorry you have this feeling about Atwell and had a negative experience in the employee Lounge. I can't speak to what you may have overheard, but I am sorry that this happened. As far as a raise or review please talk to your supervisor as I know we try to get reviews done in a very timely manner. We will work on the things you brought up and try to do better.
