Relaxed atmosphere, people are friendly, generally fast paced. Good benefits and competitive pay

Cons

Poor communication from upper management. Lots of turn over, not many people seem to stay more than a couple years.

Good benefits package, flexible hybrid schedule, generous PTO for salaried employees.

Cons

Limited career advancement or salary increase opportunities. Mid-level management often becomes disorganized, which causes unnecessary and sometimes significant issues for both clients and employees. A handful of great talented individuals have essentially been 'driven-out' in recent years.

Pros

The technicians under me were fantastic and I could not ask for a better team. The corporate support systems were top notch and helped emensly.

Cons

Leadership suffers from large egos and "holier than thou" mentality. They get very defensive when a mid-level manager or technician recommend changes. As such, there is a lot of dysfunction, miscommunication, and lack of any real advacement in the company.
