Pros

Most of the people are amazing and fantastic to work with. Emphasis on hiring people that fit the “culture”, aka people that are nice to work with. Fantastic projects and growth opportunity.

Cons

clients and their projects are fairly demanding. Important to set expectations and boundaries early on, otherwise work life balance will suffer. Bit of a old boys club mentality within higher management levels.

Pros

Salary was somewhat good. Some of my colleagues were approachable and brilliant

Cons

Unlimited PTO initiative is a joke. Each employee had a billability goal. Projects were consistently overbudget. Employee turnover particularly those hired within 1 year was high.

Thanks for your review while 2022 is our first year trying out the Unlimited PTO it has been widely received as a fantastic benefit, and while everyone has billability goals we take that into account when utilizing PTO. I am sorry your experience ended with this feeling and hope that you have continued success in your career.
