Pros

The people at Atwell make the company, from the top on down. They welcome you like you are family and are always looking for ways to assist you and grow the business. By growing the business, you always have opportunities to expand your areas of expertise.

Cons

The nature of the firm means that their billing system requires a task based focus, which is challenging to categorize at times. Because of the task based billing, some positions are more like contractor positions than full time work.

Pros

Independence. availability of work, a lot of skill sets in each office, IT department was amazing. People who worked in nearby departments were friendly and helpful.

Cons

Upper management didn't really engage with a lot of the junior to mid level staff. Office moved in 2006 with no accommodation to people who had to change their day to day schedule.
