Pros

Free parking, close to restaurants, clean restrooms, good janitorial service, coffee is OK. No as rundown as other places. Easy freeway access. Big empty building. Easy to hide from people.

Cons

Broadcasting is a dying industry. Zero investment. No hope for the future. No promotions. Just a few old people remaining trying to grind out a few more years before retirement or their death. No interest in the industry by young people.

Pros

One of the most exciting industries ever. We are involved in many great charity and cause programs in the community which balances the stress and high demand of sales. Compensation can be rewarding for veteran sales reps.

Cons

Major lack of leadership among sales team. Chosen few sales reps are coveted by management and taken care of with billing and compensation. Massive turnover is a problem.

Hours were nice 8:30-5:30 pm M-F, The Office culture was friendly, Co workers were nice and some were motivating.

Cons

$80 a month for parking garage, the management needs to learn how to developed their philosophy of training, I have seen to many employees leave with high turn over. People are always frustrated and never have time to keep the organization. This place had no career path all the old folks stay tight on their position. Was being treated as if I was retarded never respected.
