Fun, busy environment. Various perks like concert tickets. Fair amount of younger people, probably due to the low pay. Lots of opportunities to attend events. Get to meet cool people and sometimes musicians when they come to the studio. Most of the staff commiserates together over the low pay so you have supportive peers.

Cons

Lack of upward movement. I was there for one year, but spoke to others who had been there for 3-5 years who had remained in the same position with the same pay. HUGE turnover on the sales team and a fair turnover with promotions staff. VERY low pay. I never made it over 30k. Don't expect to ever meet or talk to the higher ups if you're not a manager.
