Cons

You can be limited by the support staff you work with. Often times they are not as invested in your client’s success as you are and it shows.

Decent money, if they help you. If they do not help you, you will fail.

Cons

Just about everything. Back stabbing, no help. Management controls all, including "confidential" meetings with HR. Zero teamwork, ZERO training for new reps.

Entercom continues radio's fine tradition of sexism

Pros

Radio as a whole is a fun business, and working at Entercom is no exception. They have great learning opportunities and many of the people are terrific to work with.

Cons

The Entercom branch where I spent over a decade off and on is a fortress of old men keeping women in lesser-paid support positions. Pay is on the low end. Communication is poor. No women in management whatsoever as of when I resigned.
