Pros

Good, hardworking people are in the building - just not at the top

Cons

The sinking ship’s captains treat humans as numbers, with no concern about lying to employees, overworking them and letting them know that even legit complaints can put your job in jeopardy. At a recent “pep rally” to brag about stock numbers (despite in reality performing dismally), an on-air DJ gave a speech about all the times she should’ve been fired for substance abuse or poor work, yet was given chance after chance. It was a perfect metaphor for the culture at this company, as she said it in front of loyal and hard working people who would be fired weeks later for little/no reason. A total mess. The protected get away with everything, yet everyone else is treated terribly, without remorse. Came home sick everyday from the most toxic environment I’ve ever worked in. Now a few months removed, I wonder how management is able to sleep at night. Run away as fast you can and maybe find some bosses with souls.

Pros

Coworkers were great, until they started leaving in a mass exodus. If you need time off and your manager is available you should easily be able to get it approved.

Cons

- Low pay - No promotion potential unless you are a "cool kid" - No career path or guidance - Upper management gives no constructive feedback, they were constantly making people VP's while I was there, while not giving the people actually doing the work any raises - Every man for himself - Promotions were few and far between if you're actually doing work, you'll be lucky to get a small (1-3% raise) every 2 years. If you decide to take a job here, make sure to negotiate as hard as possible to get a higher base salary as you will not get raises. - They took away many of the fun events that we had there when I started. - The stock is dropping consistently.

Pros

Fun environment, enjoyable job position, nice location!

Cons

Takes years to move up, low pay, and I got laid off after 4 months because they got rid of the department suddenly.
