Pros

The history of the Orlando version of Entercom (formerly CBS Radio) is all that keeps it alive today and it fails to compare. Ratings and salaries are a joke as is the inexperienced "management" that is only where they are because they work for pennies to the dollar of what a person in the same position is paid for the same job in a different company.

Cons

This is an outfit that thinks you should be happy you have a job. There is no positive reinforcement, no room for new and innovative ideas, no room for growth and they happily put it all under the master disguise of, "Well, that's radio."

The management does nothing to support you. You can bring issues to their attention and they are totally ignored. In fact, they use them against you. Culture is very poor and workers are stressed.
