Compensation isn’t motivating and management doesn’t care. There have been over 70 people that left Los Angeles in the past 3-years but nothing changes. They continuously beat you down-DO NOT. WORK AT AUDACY!

Amazing coworkers. Sadly, they are not recognized by the company. So many talented people leave just so they can go somewhere where they can be appreciated. You'll get the occasional breakfast meeting where some executive in an expensive suit tells everyone making $30k a year how "important" they are. The first one feels nice, but quickly you realize how belittling these moments are.

Cons

Company doesn't care if you are talented. Doesn't care if you have great ideas. Doesn't care if you go above and beyond your job responsibilities. If you're cheap, you keep your job. If you ask for more money and/or a promotion, you're gone. It's that simple.
