The only pro I can think of is that the studios are 3 blocks from Nats Park.

Cons

No room for professional growth, no raises unless you’re a host or a producer making minimum wage in DC and each year it increases $1/hr up to $15/hr. Must fill multiple roles but never get paid to do them at the same time, a clubhouse type atmosphere. Either you’re in the club or you’re not.

Pros

The Programming, Digital and Promotions Teams were some of the best, most creative people I’ve ever worked with. They know their craft, have foreword thinking ideas and overall great personalities.

Cons

The company does not focus on the creative and entertainment aspect. They are solely focused on making money and trying to save a dime. Poor creative decisions.
