Company culture and values are positive and team-oriented. Coworkers are personable, kind, intelligent, and ambitious. It's an environment that fosters skill set expansion and relationship building.

Cons

The market I worked in was somewhat small, so there was little room for career advancement without relocation.

The culture in our building was fun. We loved each other and looked forward to seeing each other each day.

Cons

The companies corporate management don’t care about their employees in any way. They say they do. They say they’re all about live and local broadcasting. They’ll praise you for a fantastic job but ias soon as money starts getting a little tight they will drop staff before cutting back on anything else.

Getting to continue to do what you love is always a pro, that’s about the only thing really standing out especially in the market I was in.

Cons

Super cliques rule, lots of people placed into positions of authority with little or next to no experience, no support, couldn’t speak up, lots of tattling yes it sounds like pre-school and felt like it most of the time, and I’m saying this after being in 2 other phenomenal companies, this should be a “last resort” kinda move for you
