the manager made sure that the employer had a good work life balance not too much micromanaging free food cool radio personalities

Cons

huge turnover rate the sales people were trained to be at each others throat sales is more important to them, they don't care about the employees if you didn't throw someone under the bus, they would do it to you the current owner is very unpleasant i had some minor health issues and instead of sympathizing, they were down my throat

Chaos, a lot of chaos. Not much training, No one knows what anyone else is doing, poor communication for a mass communication company
