Pros
Great people to work with! You also get to experience some incredible events along the way. It's nearly impossible to get fired as long as you don't break something. You can literally sit at a desk all day, every day and watch videos, read the paper, talk on your phone, be rude to listeners, etc. without any repercussion.
Cons
Management is awful. The only employees that are celebrated or offered an opportunity to advance are top sellers. All other support positions within the company are barely paid enough to live on. This place is basically a stepping stone for anyone with real talent(not sales related). The turnover rate is so high because of low pay and no advancement opportunities. Favoritism runs rampant and if you aren't one of the manager's "favorites," then you are basically treated as a second class citizen. They also got rid of their local HR department, so good luck if you have any issues with anyone!
