Pros

Quick to make necessary changes to grow and maintain integrity within and outside the company. With the management team, there have been significant improvements in every aspect of business. Feedback is welcomed and encouraged. Delivering strong results for clients is a focal point, and we have had success with the clients (happy, willing to give testimonials & strong performance).

Cons

In any sales organization, there needs to be a strategy to bring in the right people to adapt to a changing environment. Upper management has a leadership team, who is swiftly making the necessary changes. Also, it is imperative to respond to the client swiftly, to maintain a positive customer experience. This has very quickly become standard practice in the past 4-5months.

Pros

Great and very talented individual contributors, especially the creative and on-air talent! Fun activities and ticket perks!

Cons

Horrible upper management. H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E. Sales management throughout the company, except for a few small pockets, is pretty bad. The company itself does not focus on hiring right and the managers are very uneducated when it comes to finding the right people and how to do so. There is a lot of questionable practices and many times it comes down to what you look like over what your skills and experience actually are.
