      Pros

      The company culture is very laid back and fun. There are a lot of work events and group outings. It is also in a great location.

      Cons

      The pay is no where near the average salary for this role. The pay in radio is horrible if you are outside of sales.

      Pros

      Decent corporate training and resources. General Manager respects employees more than the toxic mid level supervisors Competitive pay and benefits

      Cons

      Never get holidays nor weekends off, using full time status as excuse to over work "select" employees. Supervisors this particular cluster, can be toxic, non inclusive, and unapproachable. HR is aware of many issues and lawsuits that stem from the cluster, but nothing changes. Turnover has been unreal, professional jumping ship on their accord, full of great training and potential.

      Great stations, but negative work environment

      Pros

      Allows for freedom and flexibility. Stations are successful. Programmers do a good job with each station. The people are fun to work with.

      Cons

      So many meeting that felt unnecessary. Traffic department is hostile. Some management styles were negative. New employees are more or less thrown to the wolves with a lack of true training.
