Fun work environment, easy enough job, hard work does get noticed.

Cons

Hard work gets noticed, but hardly rewarded. Is constantly being told there was growing room for advancement, but hasn't gotten to move up after 7 months. I applied for 4 other positions in the company while working there part time, one interview went to completion. As in I Was called back after the second interview and they explained why I wasn't being offered the position. Out of the other three, two I interviewed for and have heard nothing back and one I know they filled, the other I had to hear through the grapevine that they were not hiring for that position anymore even after being encouraged to apply for it.
