      Pros

      Great environment, great team culture, concerts and events, and fun. Good training for new sellers. I have worked here more than 5 years, and it gets better and better new benefits to help pay off recent grads college loans is great. Wish they had that when I started.

      Cons

      Health benefits are not the greatest but comparable to other media companies.

      Pros

      Fun place to work, good people, people care about the product they are producing/selling. Insurance and benefits are good, room for advancement is adequate.

      Cons

      Corporate is removed from what it takes day to day in the individual markets to make things successful. Radio is not a one size fits all type of thing. Each individual market needs the freedom to fine tune the things they do to be successful.
