Pros

Hours were nice 8:30-5:30 pm M-F, The Office culture was friendly, Co workers were nice and some were motivating.

Cons

$80 a month for parking garage, the management needs to learn how to developed their philosophy of training, I have seen to many employees leave with high turn over. People are always frustrated and never have time to keep the organization. This place had no career path all the old folks stay tight on their position. Was being treated as if I was retarded never respected.

Pros

This company has some major pluses. They have 4 of the top 10 radio brands in the Seattle market representing diverse demographic groups. The Sales Managers are wicked bright with extensive experience in their fields. The sales support in terms of research and case studies available to sales staff is also extensive. Upper management is making a good effort to keep employees motivated. A good work/home balance is provided.

Cons

There has been a lot of turn over. I worked for several sales managers in my 3 year tenure. Depending on what sales team you are part of there seems to be disparity in the income opportunity. Often encouraged to work on projects that have little likelihood for reward.
