      Great stations, but negative work environment

      Pros

      Allows for freedom and flexibility. Stations are successful. Programmers do a good job with each station. The people are fun to work with.

      Cons

      So many meeting that felt unnecessary. Traffic department is hostile. Some management styles were negative. New employees are more or less thrown to the wolves with a lack of true training.

      If you love live music working in radio is a blast! The energy, buzz, excitement and fun can't be beat. If you work hard, you can advance.

      Cons

      They are constantly having to cut costs, healthcare benefits reduced over time, no more matching 401k, salary increases are minimal to non-existent
