      Pros

      Entercom is a broadcasting company so working with (most) of the talent was fun.

      Cons

      I don't think management was considerate some of the time.

      If you can hold on to your job it sets you up for much better future jobs elsewhere

      The turnover here is absolutely abysmal. Both the sales and the programming can't keep staff. This has to be due to the low pay, bare minimum benefits, and lackluster management. The sales execs are reimbursed for nothing and new hires aren't even offered commission. Some people can really succeed here but most people will be better off and better appreciated somewhere else.
