      Pros

      Good first shift schedule, radio personalities are fun to work with. Health insurance is decent, 401K is kind of a joke.

      Cons

      You need to watch your back working here. People will say stuff behind your back. Very passive aggressive environment. Not much opportunity to expand. You are easy to replace and they make it known.

      Pros

      Employee Focused Culture! They openly that their strategy is to focus on employees first and foremost so that they'll transfer their passion for their jobs to their customers and listeners which in turn leads to customer loyalty and bigger profits... In my experience its a win/win. Employee managed "Culture Club" sets up monthly employee activities including a staff facebook page, staff get togethers like baseball games, scavenger hunts, happy hours, pizza making parties, etc. Summer hours let out early on Fridays. GREAT staff perks like tickets and VIP treatment at local attractions, concerts and events.

      Cons

      They expect a lot out of you. Fair but high expectations. Not a place to work if you want to just "mail it in" every day.
