Pros

Decent benefits, good work environment, excellent resources for research and presentations

Cons

They'll drop you like a hot potato the minute you miss a budget. They try to say they're different than the other radio companies because they care about their people, but they don't. They care about hitting budgets and the managers care about keeping their jobs. Period. Perform or you're out. Simple as that.

Pros

It's radio.. Free tix get to see some great live music,

Cons

Work you like a dog in this department, have very little respect for the person who ensures all commercials are running as ordered, that they are the correct commercials that should be airing per the advertisers traffic instructions. They only care about the person who brings in the money (advertising salespeople) not the person(s) who make certain the commercials run correctly. Difficult, stressful, no respect, no anything other than long hours and little pay with a complete disregard for the detailed dedicated work that that the continuity coordinator does.

Pros

Good People, Great Brands to work with, Decent Corporate support, Alot of grand ideas and many industry professionals in our building. Location is also nice, right in the middle of downtown San Francisco.

Cons

A lot of turnover, reluctant management, Too much management, very few people executing. People are constantly absorbing more and more responsibility with no kickback from management. Employees are expected to give 200% to this job when management could care less.
