Pros

People, facilities, networking. The overall tone of the building seemed generally positive. Radio people love to complain and while there certainly was a fair share of whining, it was in check compared to other companies.

Cons

Upper management seems disconnected from the rest of the industry. Turnover in middle management was too frequent.

Exciting access to sports and music Casual atmosphere and can be a fun culture at times

Cons

AE's are typically disrespectful to support staff Low pay for support staff compared to similar roles with other companies High turnover, they don't mind training new people in order to save on salary Poor software infrastructure

very friendly colleagues & office environment, great perks!!

Cons

top heavy management, not always easy to be appreciated if you aren't an actual seller, most sales support jobs (essentially every other job besides sales) don't have great salaries.
