Pros

Good people and better than average leadership. RVP's are outstanding leaders. Great radio stations in some very good markets.

Cons

Publicly traded company so CEO doesn't have the freedom he used to have. They seem to be struggling with the radio industry becoming a less profitable industry. Don't seem to be in a very good position to grow by buying new stations.

Pros

One of the better owners left in the Nationwide radio arena. Still actually cares about the product they put on the air. They are ahead of the curve when it comes to other aspects of marketing products like digital, streaming, internet display advertising, etc.

Cons

They tend to follow the lead of other companies in the industry when it comes to cost cutting and micro managing activity. They have replaced a few top managers in the second half of 2012 due to that structure not working very well with the troops.
