The people at Entercom Kansas City are wonderful. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Most of the sales managers are very approachable and have creative ideas to help keep people on top of their game.

Cons

Cold calling, all accounts worth having are already taken, most people do not inherit any accounts when they are hired, little to no direction on sales process
