      Good range of programming options, visible in the market, involved in events

      Cons

      Upper management more concerned with activity/appearance of activity than focus on results for clients; mandate to deliver new clients each week/month creates false reporting and one-up buys with no real concern for effectiveness.

      Pros

      Fun, laid back atmosphere. Great people to work with. Other neat perks such as meeting celebrities, access to the Entercom suite for hockey and basketball games, etc.

      Cons

      Pay in radio is very low in departments that are not sales or on-air. Don't expect to get rich there. Sometimes the fast pace can be a little overwhelming.
